Artiste Corner End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Artiste Corner Inc., located at 96 Gardiners Ave, Levittown, NY 11756 (“Company”), for the Artiste Corner software application, which includes computer software, and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (“App”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the App.
1. Grant of License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal or business purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the App;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the App or any part thereof;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the App, or any features or functionality of the App, to any third party for any reason, including by making the App available on a network where it is capable of being accessed by more than one device at any time.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The App is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Company or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and all other intellectual property rights in the App.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. The Company hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the App, whether express, implied, or statutory.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the App, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Content and Conduct
9.1 Objectionable Content You agree that you will not post, exchange, make available, provide, or process any content or conduct yourself in a way that is deemed objectionable by the Company. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:
- Unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
- Related to child pornography, child nudity, or other child abuse or exploitation;
- Infringing on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or proprietary rights of any party.
9.2 Enforcement The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether content is objectionable and to remove such content without prior notice or liability. If the Company is notified or becomes aware of content that allegedly does not conform to these Terms, it may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the content.
9.3 Abusive Users The Company has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive users. If you engage in abusive behavior, such as harassment, stalking, or intimidation, your account may be terminated, and you may be permanently banned from using the App. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against abusive users.
9.4 Reporting Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that is believed to be objectionable or abusive to the Company for review and potential action.
By accepting this Agreement, you agree to abide by these content and conduct guidelines and acknowledge that failing to do so may result in the termination of your account and access to the App, and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.
